level8diploma.org is published by LearnLoom Consultants, which has its office at Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR. In these terms "we", "us" and "the publisher" mean LearnLoom Consultants. The person responsible for the site is Education adviser, LearnLoom Consultants. We act as an independent recruitment agent for London School of Planning and Management and are paid by LSPM when a reader introduced through this site enrols. The site describes two regulated Level 8 diplomas and how LSPM delivers them, and offers general information about the level, about doctoral study and about progression. It is written for adults considering study and is not addressed to anyone under eighteen.

The programmes are taught, assessed and administered by London School of Planning and Management, the OTHM and Qualifi approved centre, and certified by the awarding body. Any contract for a course, including its fees, its terms of enrolment, its refund provisions and its learner agreement, is made between you and LSPM, under LSPM's terms, when you accept LSPM's written offer. We are not a party to that contract, receive none of your fees, and cannot vary, waive or enforce any of its terms. The terms on this page govern your use of the site and nothing more.

Nothing said on this site, in an enquiry reply or on an advice call binds LSPM. If something you read here differs from what LSPM tells you in writing, LSPM's document governs, and we would like to know so that the page can be corrected.

Specifications change, and the awarding body's published document prevails over anything here if the two differ.
